During your first visit, an assessment will be made of your health (no extra fee) in order to determine your specific needs in massage therapy. A brief explanation then follows on the choice of treatment methods and techniques.

Methods and techniques

-Swedish massage treatment
This massage technique can be therapeutic (more specific and firm) or more relaxing and is designed to rid you of your tensions and relieve stress.

-Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder method)
The Vodder method is a manual, therapeutic method of stimulating the movement of fluids in the tissues. The gentle, rhythmic, pumping, massage movements follow the direction of lymph flow and helps in the elimination of toxins in the body.
